The Companies privacy principles

  • We will update our records when you inform us that your details have changed

  • We will implement and adhere to information retention policies relating to your information, and will ensure that your information is securely disposed of at the end of the appropriate retention period unless otherwise specified by you in writing or as part of a legal disposal hold

 

  • We will observe the rights granted to you under applicable privacy and data protection laws, and will ensure that queries relating to privacy issues are promptly and transparently dealt with

 

  • We will train our staff on their privacy obligations

  • We will put in place appropriate organisational, technical and security measures in alignment with all relevant data requirements

  • We will ensure that when we outsource any process, the supplier has appropriate security measures place and will contractually require them to comply with these privacy principles

  • In the event that personal data is not protected or there is a personal data breach, it is escalated to the relevant privacy contact immediately in order to determine whether the relevant privacy regulator should be informed, and whether data subjects should be notified.
